Energy Efficiency

We use LED lighting and energy-efficient systems throughout the hotel to reduce electricity consumption. Many of our common areas and outdoor lights are equipped with motion sensors or timers to avoid waste. Whenever possible, we harness the region's abundant sunshine by supplementing our hot water supply with solar energy panels. These efforts help us cut down on energy usage and lower our carbon emissions without compromising guest comfort.

Water Conservation & Waste Management

We have installed water-saving fixtures (low-flow faucets and showerheads) in guest rooms and public washrooms to reduce water usage. We also encourage guests to participate in our towel and linen reuse program (for example, by reusing towels when appropriate) to save water and detergent. The hotel maintains a recycling program, with separate bins for recyclables like paper, plastic, and glass. We aim to minimize waste going to landfills by recycling and, where feasible, composting organic waste.

Eco-Friendly Products

Our cleaning and maintenance teams use environmentally friendly cleaning products that are biodegradable and non-toxic. We have reduced single-use plastics by providing bathroom amenities in bulk dispensers instead of small disposable bottles. In addition, we've eliminated plastic straws and stirrers – opting for biodegradable or reusable alternatives – to cut down on plastic waste.

Local & Responsible Sourcing

Whenever possible, we source our restaurant ingredients and supplies from local farmers and suppliers. This not only ensures fresh, seasonal produce for our guests, but also supports the local economy and reduces the carbon footprint associated with long-distance transportation. We favor sustainably caught seafood to play our part in protecting marine life. By choosing local and responsible sources, we contribute to the well-being of the community and promote sustainable practices in our supply chain.
